What BrightMind is
BrightMind helps people who struggle with procrastination — especially folks with ADHD — start tasks, organize their day, and follow through. You work with it through natural text chat and voice calls, so getting unstuck is as quick as talking it out.
What it can do
BrightMind adapts to what you need in the moment through a set of coaching modes:
- Unstuck— a quick start when you can’t get going on something.
- Wind Down— close out the day and ease off.
- Organization— turn a messy head into a clear, ordered plan.
- Reflection— think through how things are going.
- Habits Coaching— build and keep routines that stick.
You can also share feedback with the team straight from a conversation.
Integrations
BrightMind works with the tools you already use, so it can act on the plan you make together rather than being one more place to check:
- Task management with Todoist or TickTick.
- Planning and event creation with Google Calendar.

Personalizing BrightMind
Custom Instructionsin Settings let you tell BrightMind how you want it to talk to you and what to keep in mind — tone, focus areas, anything that makes the help fit you better.
Privacy
Voice is processed securely in the cloud and audio is not stored. Anonymized transcripts are kept to improve the service, and you can opt out of that in Settings.
