Free vs Plus
The short version: every feature is available on both plans. Plus simply raises the daily usage limits.
Same features, different limits
BrightMind doesn’t lock features behind a paywall. Chat, voice calls, scheduled calls, task and calendar integrations, reminders, memory, and every coaching mode work exactly the same whether you’re on Free or Plus. The only thing Plus changes is how much you can use per day.
What everyone gets
- Text chat with your BrightMind assistant.
- Voice calls, including scheduled and recurring calls.
- Task management with Todoist or TickTick.
- Google Calendar planning and event creation.
- Voice notes and file transcription.
- Long-term memory and all coaching modes — Unstuck, Wind Down, Organization, Reflection, Habits.
What Plus adds
Plus lifts the daily ceilings so you can lean on BrightMind more without running into a limit:
- More messages per day — Free has a daily chat allowance, while Plus is effectively unlimited.
- More voice-call minutes per day.
- Longer maximum length for a single call.
- More transcriptions and a longer cap per conversation.
We keep the exact numbers out of these docs on purpose — they get tuned as the product evolves. The principle is what matters: same features, higher limits.
If you hit a limit on Free
Daily limits reset each day, so you can pick right back up the next day at no cost. If you regularly bump into them, upgrading to Plus raises the ceilings — you’re paying for more headroom, not for features you didn’t already have.
